Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

At Bahn Customs, most projects are custom-designed and fabricated specifically for each client. Because of the custom nature of our work, returns and refunds are handled differently than those of a traditional retail business.

Custom Fabrication Projects

Custom fabrication, design, and made-to-order projects are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom fabricated parts

  • One-off designs

  • Modified components

  • Special-order materials

  • Custom-built assemblies

Due to the unique nature of these projects, completed work cannot typically be returned for a refund.

Estimates and Deposits

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Deposits are used to secure scheduling, purchase materials, and begin project planning. Once materials have been ordered or work has started, deposits may be non-refundable.

Any deposit terms specific to a project will be communicated before work begins.

Physical Products

If Bahn Customs sells a non-custom physical product, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging when applicable

  • Not show signs of installation, modification, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order information

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any damage

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges, labor charges, design fees, and non-refundable deposits may not be eligible for refund.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you have concerns about completed work or a custom project, please contact us directly. We value customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address issues related to workmanship, communication, or project expectations.

Policy Changes

Bahn Customs reserves the right to update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
